Food is wealth, it means a lot. Timely food intake improves the overall function of the body and mind according to the studies conducted over the years. Food not only increases the number of cells but also means it has multi-levels to support to make the body a clear medium of communication. In a sense food is a medium between bodily functions and mental balance. There is no doubt that physical and mental balance is achievable through what your mouth open for.

From Aristotle to people in the health field presently suggest a man can be said healthy if his mental thoughts are on the right track. In order to be physically and mentally fit some food menu prescriptions are also suggested. A plate has to divide into four parts and each part is for different meals or type of foods. The first part must be of carbohydrates which are the first source of energy for the human body. Grains are a good choice of carbohydrates. The second part must be filled with vegetables, leaves etc (good if its raw organic vegetables) so that the body gets more vitamins and all elements suitable to improve eyesight, functions of internal organs. The third part is for fruits which makes the entire body to be enough water. There are seasonal fruits that are best for overall health. The fourth part can be of egg, fish, meat(not on daily basis) or dried fruits as proteins play an important role in stimulating bodily functions.

This proper way of eating stimulates the brain functions and lessons the stress may be caused by the workplace, family issues or something emotional. When physically body feels well and nutritional food intake happens the brain receives healthy signal and acts following it. So physical nutritional intake has much to do with the mental balance. Simply follow a good time table and remember health is wealth.
